About Ryan
Our Managing Director, Ryan Lindsay, comes from a hands-on Logistics / Operations background that spans more than 10 years.
He started out with a freight handling and screening organisation based at Heathrow and was promoted to Operations Manager within three years.
At 22, Ryan founded his own recruitment organisation which was later rebranded as Right Now Group.
Outside of Recruitment, Ryan has a young family which includes two boys under the age of five who he enjoys spending most of his time with. He recently welcomed a tolling retriever puppy to the family too.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys squash, football, and tucking into buffalo chicken wings.
