Right Now Group are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Facilities Procurement) to work for our client based at Heathrow. This role will manage the end-to-end procurement process while supporting the wider Facilities Management team.

Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

  • Develop comprehensive asset registers across all sites to support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Facilities Management, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and governance
  • Lead the vendor consolidation initiative, ensuring service coverage, performance standards, and cost efficiency.
  • Establish clear service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics for the selected FM provider.
  • Support the wider Facilities Management team with procurement, contract management, and supplier-related activities as required.

    The successful candidate:

  • Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance activities (e.g., HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building fabric)
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within facilities management or building services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex procurement projects from planning through implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management capabilities, ensuring commercial value and supplier performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-driven environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Procurement, Project Management, or Facilities Management are advantageous.

Limited Company contractors

Please note if we do not receive your signed form then your opt-out will be invalid.
