We're looking for a proactive and reliable Personal Assistant to help the Managing Director and Executive Board stay on track by managing diaries, arranging travel, coordinating IT equipment, and handling a variety of admin tasks.
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Warwick
Hours: Flexible working hours - 3pm finish on a Friday
Responsibilities
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for the Managing Director and Exec team
- Organising all travel arrangements - flights, hotels, transport, and meeting rooms
- Acting as the main contact for our travel management system, including reporting on travel spend
- Working alongside the IT Support Engineer to distribute devices and troubleshoot basic IT issues
- Helping the Marketing team with travel and accommodation for events and conferences
- Providing general admin support and covering reception duties when needed
- Managing invoices and expenses related to your role
- Being a supportive team player, ready to pitch in wherever needed
Desirable
- Experience supporting senior leaders or in a similar PA/admin role
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and basic IT troubleshooting
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay on top of things
- Positive attitude and happy to help the wider team
