Key Account Manager - Hybrid Working - Full-Time FTC

Our client seeks to enhance their Key Account team by adding an Account Manager on an initial 18 month contract.

The ideal candidate will possess strong enthusiasm. with the primary objective of optimising overall customer onboarding experience, working closely to provide full support to the existing sales managers.

Experience in utilising Social Media, CRM tools and LinkedIn is an essential part of this role.

Please Note: This is a hybrid working Full-Time contract opportunity, further opportunities for a contract extension may be extended to the right candidate.

Role Overview:

Collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, Customer and Projects departments is essential for formulating and implementing a seamless customer onboarding experience. The primary objective is to enhance customer relations, support the existing sales managers, and improve overall retention and conversion levels.

The ability to work on your own initiative is essential.

Key Account Manager - Key Responsibilities

  • Become a subject-matter expert in our clients digital product portfolio
  • Support the sales team at client meetings to promote digital solutions
  • Lead customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover from sales to implementation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact for digital products
  • Deliver ongoing support including check-ins, performance reviews, training, and issue resolution
  • Capture and promote customer success stories and testimonials
  • Collaborate with marketing on artwork and site-specific product promotions.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer success or marketing
  • Exposure to a software or a digital environment
  • Previous experience in supporting sales teams or sales managers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
