Right Now Group are recruiting for an established freight forwarding business based in Slough, looking to hire an expereinced Air and Sea Export Clerk with a strong background in air and sea exports, and working knowledge of imports.
This role supports a range of international customers, including time-critical motorsport logistics, so you'll need to be confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where attention to detail and proactive communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities - Air and Sea Export Clerk
Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations for import and export shipments
Coordinate air, sea, and road freight movements, including documentation and customs requirements
Handle Dangerous Goods shipments in line with IATA / IMDG regulations
Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, agents, customs authorities, and customers
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, customs issues, or operational challenges
Support planning and coordination for motorsport-related and time-critical freight movements
Essential Requirements - Air and Sea Export Clerk
A few years' experience within freight forwarding operations
Dangerous Goods certification (IATA / IMDG / ADR)
Strong knowledge of import & export procedures (air, sea, and road)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A proactive team player with a solutions-focused approach
Desirable Skills - Air and Sea Export Clerk
Experience using BoxTop
Experience completing customs entries (import & export)
Exposure to motorsport / event / project logistics (advantageous but not essential)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 17:30
