Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: Up to £40,000

Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 16:30pm

Location: Wembley

Role Responsibilities - Warehouse Supervisor:

  • Take ownership of international shipping operations including export packing, LCL sea freight, and airfreight preparation
  • Manage temporary warehouse staff, setting high standards and leading by example
  • Assist crews with removals and warehouse activity as needed
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate, timely, and properly processed
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of materials, supplies, and uniforms
  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Ensure all warehouse and logistics procedures are followed and recorded
  • Deliver excellent customer service through efficient warehouse operations
  • Always promote and enforce health and safety standards across the team

Desirable:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Export packing experience
  • Forklift truck licence (essential)
  • Strong IT skills and confidence working with logistics systems
  • A proactive, organised mindset with strong leadership qualities
