Right Now Group are recruiting for a Transport Coordinator
We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to join a small, ambitious logistics operation, working closely with the Managing Director. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow with the business and develop a long-term career in transport and logistics. This role will be based in Feltham.
Responsibilities: Transport Coordinator
Coordinate day-to-day transport operations, managing the company's own fleet and subcontractors.
Schedule and monitor deliveries, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
Work independently at times, taking ownership of operational tasks.
Provide occasional hands-on assistance with vans and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Contribute ideas to improve processes and support business growth.
Be flexible and available to take occasional calls outside of regular hours.
Requirements: Transport Coordinator
Full UK driving licence.
Flexible, team-oriented approach, willing to work independently when needed.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience using Courier Exchange is a strong advantage.
Previous experience in transport coordination, logistics, or courier operations is desirable but not essential.
5-year checkable employment history.
Clean DBS certificate.
What's On Offer: Transport Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (some flexibility required)
