Job Title: Trainee Logistics Planner
Salary: £25,000-£29,000
Location: Feltham
Key Responsibilities Logistics Planner:
- Assist with the planning and coordination of daily logistics activities.
- Communicate with hauliers and customers to help arrange and manage import shipments.
- Support the preparation and processing of customs clearance documentation in line with regulations.
- Monitor shipment progress and help resolve any delays or issues with guidance from the team.
- Ensure internal systems are kept accurate and up-to-date.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Excel reports tracking shipments, KPIs, and costs.
- Maintain operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service standards.
- Work closely with other departments to support smooth end-to-end logistics operations.
