Right Now Group are representing a Telesales Executive to join a dynamic sales support team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and qualifying leads, supporting the sales pipeline by ensuring leads are accurately vetted and assigned to the appropriate teams.

Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: £26,000-£30,000

Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Executive:

  • Conduct outbound calls to validate and qualify incoming leads against predefined criteria.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive lead records within the CRM system.

  • Assign qualified leads to sales teams or relevant channels promptly and efficiently.

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify ideal customer profiles and support lead nurturing activities.

  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and recommend improvements to targeting strategies.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and lead processing times.

  • Identify areas for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance lead qualification workflows.

  • Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position offerings.

Key Skills for a Telesales Executive

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, lead qualification, or sales support, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.

  • Well-organised with keen attention to detail in data management and documentation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
