The Role

You will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of existing arcade and amusements sites. This role blends technical understanding, data analysis, and relationship management, making it ideal for someone comfortable on-site and confident speaking with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor payout ratios and overall commercial performance to optimise results
  • Produce regular performance and account reports for internal teams and customers
  • Manage stock levels and consumables across assigned sites
  • Carry out routine site visits and audits to ensure machines are fully operational, well-presented, and compliant
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues professionally and proactively
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to improve site performance

About You

  • Background in the arcade, amusements, coin-op, redemption, or gaming industry
  • Experience in account management, site management, or a technical/engineering role
  • Comfortable travelling to sites and dealing directly with customers
  • Commercially aware with a practical, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
  • Able to work independently in a field-based role

This role is particularly well suited to an arcade engineer or technician looking to step up into account management, as well as experienced Account Managers seeking a hands-on, site-focused position.
