Our fast-growth client are looking to recruit for a Sales Support Administrator to work and grow within a pivotal team under close supervision of their Systems expert. Initially this role will be heavily administration driven, however it will inherit more responsibility and duties as they develop within the role!

Job Title - Sales Support Administrator

Salary - 28k - 35k

Hours - 37.5 per week - Mon - Fri

Location Clapham- Hybrid working

Role Focus

Working to understand and improve the company IT systems/infrastructure and applications in order to support the internal sales team and the customer base. Strong communication and good IT Skills are essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out order pre-checks and invoice processing
  • Manage general sales applications and system maintenance
  • Offer user support
  • Involvements with upgrades and issue management
  • Maintain system costs for materials/stock
  • Liaise with Accounts department to resolve supplier invoice queries
  • Complete process documentation, to be able to share existing tasks with others
  • Database interrogation to produce reports where required
  • Develop knowledge of Microsoft BI reporting
  • Play a major part in the Internal Sales Audit, and help the team to identify errors and find out the root cause of issues identified
  • Involvement with creating a training infrastructure and with future process development.

Desirable

  • Strong systems knowledge, MS office, including Excel
  • Previous experience within the Logistics or Construction sectors
  • Experience within sales support, compliance or a data/systems focused role
  • Tech savvy
