We're looking for an experienced and hands on Removals Foreman with a valid HGV Class 2 license to lead removal crews and drive the vehicles on both domestic and commercial moves.

Key Responsibilities of Removals Foreman
- Lead removal crews on-site, ensuring every job runs smoothly and safely.
- Drive and operate HGV (Class 2) vehicles to transport goods.
- Load, wrap, pack, and secure items to the highest standards.
- Supervise and train team members, supporting their development.
- Communicate clearly with clients and maintain high service levels.
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
- Step into a leadership role when a Supervisor is not present.
Desirable experience of Removals Foreman
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) license.
- 2 years in a removals supervisor or team leader role.
- Physically fit, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safe handling practices, Working Time Directive, and health & safety regulations.
- Fluent English - spoken and written.
- A respectful, presentable, and professional approach at all times.
