Job Title: Regional Project Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000
Location: Feltham (Office based)
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating subcontract engineers for installation projects, assisting in the management of incomplete installations
- Monitor the timely processing of projects through design, procurement and installation in line with customer programme and product lead times
- Managing costs, order materials for projects, and manage any late costs associated with these projects.
- Administrative tasks involve handling SAP processes, raising purchase orders for subcontract engineers, and providing customers with updates on project progress.
- Reporting to the Projects Director, ensuring information is accurate.
- Managing the invoicing process for completed projects.
Desirable:
- Project Management experience
- Previous Project Management experience within Construction, Building Materials, Engineering Manufacturing.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Attention to detail
- Exposure to Project Management qualifications such as Agile or PRINCE2
- Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range
- Outgoing and customer driven nature
