Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating subcontract engineers for installation projects, assisting in the management of incomplete installations
- Planning the timely delivery of equipment to the site.
- Collaborate with project managers to oversee costs, order materials for projects, and manage any late costs associated with these projects.
- Administrative tasks involve handling SAP processes, raising purchase orders for subcontract engineers, and providing customers with updates on project progress.
- Sending completion packs, commissioning certifications, and warranty information to clients
- Managing the invoicing process for completed projects.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within office administration, operations or projects type role
- Experience in working with SAP or similar
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Attention to detail
- Exposure to Project Management qualifications such as Agile or PRINCE2
- Organised
- Genuine interest in Project Management
- Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range
- Outgoing and customer driven nature
