We're looking for an enthusiastic Order Coordinator to join our friendly Southampton team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into an office-based role or build on existing experience in customer service, trade, or construction.
Job Title: Order Coordinator
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Office-based, near Woolston
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities of order coordinator
- Supporting customers with their orders and enquiries
- Processing and tracking customer orders accurately
- Communicating with suppliers and the internal team to ensure smooth deliveries
- Helping manage product and pricing information in our systems
- Providing excellent service and helping the team meet overall business goals
Desirable
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and people skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
- Confidence using computers (training provided on our systems)
- Experience in a trade, builders' merchant, or construction role is useful but not essential
