Junior Import Administrator
Location: Colnbrook, Heathrow
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Import Administrator to join a well-established freight and courier business based in Colnbrook. This is a great role for someone looking to build a career within international logistics, focusing mainly on courier import operations.
Responsibilities:
Handling daily courier import shipments from arrival to final delivery.
Checking and processing documentation for customs clearance.
Liaising with customers, airlines, and agents to ensure smooth movement of goods.
Tracking shipments and updating internal systems.
Assisting with customs entries and data input.
Supporting the operations team with general administrative duties.
Requirements:
Previous experience within imports, freight, or logistics preferred (training provided).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
IT literate with experience using MS Office.
A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
