Forklift Driver - Air Freight Warehouse

We're currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join a busy air freight warehouse operation near Heathrow. This role suits someone confident on a forklift who's happy working in a fast-paced, time-critical cargo environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating counterbalance forklift to move air freight cargo safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading ULDs, pallets and loose freight
Building and breaking down PMC pallets
Putting freight away and picking cargo for export flights
Scanning, labelling and allocating cargo accurately
Assisting with manual handling when required
Adhering to aviation security, health & safety and warehouse procedures
Supporting warehouse and operations teams to meet flight cut-offs
Requirements
Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience (air freight experience highly desirable)
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Basic IT skills (scanning systems / WMS)
Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
Right to work in the UK
