Right Now Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Import Coordinator to join a well-established and secure logistics operation based in Feltham. This role is ideal for someone with strong CargoWise experience who is confident managing air import shipments from start to finish, including customs entries, within a high-value freight environment.

The Role - Air Import Coordinator

  • Managing air import shipments from start to finish
  • Completing customs entries accurately and compliantly
  • Handling high-value and security-sensitive freight
  • Liaising with airlines, handling agents, customers and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with all customs and security regulations
  • Monitoring shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining service levels
  • Using CargoWise for all operational and customs processes

About You - Air Import Coordinator

  • Proven experience in Air Imports (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of CargoWise
  • Experience completing customs entries independently
  • Confident handling shipments start to finish
  • Previous experience with high-value or secure freight is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and email systems

Pay & Benefits - Air Import Coordinator

  • Salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Based on experience)
  • Monday to Friday working hours (08:00 - 16:30)
