Right Now Group are recruiting for an Air Export Operator to join our client, a leading global logistics company based in the Heathrow area. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a professional and fast-paced environment, supporting international freight movements and ensuring a high level of customer service and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities - Air Export Operator
Manage daily communication with partners, customers, and internal departments via email and telephone.
Liaise with local and overseas operations teams to ensure high service levels and on-time delivery for all shipments.
Monitor and manage shipments, consolidations, and airline allocations.
Ensure all documentation is finalised in line with commodity and country-specific requirements.
Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and quality across all systems.
Support the operations team in achieving daily deadlines and KPIs.
Take responsibility for accurate costing and timely billing of export shipments.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues effectively and professionally.
Skills and Experience Required - Air Export Operator
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Air Export operations within a freight forwarding environment.
Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure, with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.
Proficient IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly - knowledge of CargoWise (CW1) is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polite and professional telephone manner.
Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
