About Shelly
Shelly joined the Right Now Group family as Sales and Operations Director in 2022 and brought a wealth of recruitment expertise along with her.
Having fallen into the industry after graduating from university, she boasts more than 19 years within the industry.
A larger-than-life character who is always the first one to the dancefloor, Shelly has a proven track record of recruiting top-quality candidates to work within education, finance, aviation, logistics and other sectors.
Alongside working with candidates and clients, Shelly’s passion lies within supporting employees through their recruitment journey, teaching them best practises within the industry and supporting them to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, our social butterfly doesn't have much spare time. You will find her socialising with friends and family or jet-setting to a sandy, hot beach somewhere with her Fiance and always with a cocktail close by!
