​Lajdeep joined Right Now Group as a Recruitment Consultant in 2025, specialising in temporary recruitment with a strong understanding of compliance. Since starting her recruitment journey in January 2023, Lajdeep has been steadily building her skills and experience, developing a solid foundation in delivering reliable and compliant staffing solutions.

With a background in employment-focused roles, moving into recruitment was a natural progression. Lajdeep was drawn to Right Now Group for the supportive team culture, positive office environment, and strong focus on personal development. She thrives in an environment that encourages continuous improvement, rewards hard work, and pushes individuals to succeed in sales and recruitment.
