​Chris specialises in permanent recruitment across the Aviation, Logistics and Industrial sectors. With more than 12 years of recruitment experience, he is passionate about building lasting partnerships with clients and supporting candidates in securing rewarding, long-term career opportunities.

Before entering recruitment, Chris served in the Logistics Corps of the British Army, where he developed a strong work ethic and valuable operational experience. He later continued his career within the logistics industry before transitioning into recruitment, where his industry knowledge and consultative approach have enabled him to build long-standing relationships with clients across multiple sectors.

Chris joined Right Now Group after being inspired by the company’s ambitious growth plans and commitment to delivering a genuinely personal recruitment service.

Away from the office, Chris enjoys keeping fit, maintaining an active lifestyle and, when it comes to food, you’ll rarely find him turning down a good Chinese meal.
